Mr Howard W Middleton, 36, of Denver died Dec. 7 in his home. No services were held. The body was cremated. Mr. Middleton, a Denver native, was an artist for Wartel and Associates for 12 years. Survivors include his mother, Florence of Denver; and a sister, Donna Middleton of Berthoud. Contributions: Hospice of Metro Denver.[1]
