Four officers were elected annually at the executive meetings from 1985-1993.
At the 1994 executive meeting, an amendment to the bylaws created two-year terms, with overlapping terms of service. The Chair and Treasurer were elected for a two-year term, and the Vice Chair and Secretary were elected for a one-year term. In 1995, the Vice Chair and Secretary were elected for a two-year term.
A fifth officer, Club Liaison, was created in 2003, elected for two-year terms.
