Stephen Woodfin
Stephen Page Woodwin, 51, of Los Altos and Palm Springs, died Oct. 16, 2000, in Los Altos. He was born May 22, 1949, to Duane Woodfin and Veon Woodfin Wingfield in San Francisco.

He was a systems analyst with Bechtel Co. and belonged to the San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Balet, Caballeros and Boots in Squares.

He is survived by his father, Duane of San Francisco;; his mother, Veon Woodfin Wingfield of Newport Beach; his stepfather, John Wingfield of Newport Beach; two brothers, Mark and John; and his sister, Ann Kent of Costa Mesa. He was preceded in death by his partner, Richard Kirchbergen in 1990.

Services were held Oct. 28, 2000, at St. John Episcopal Church in San Francisco.

The family suggests donation to a charity of choice or the Stephen Woodfin Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Caballeros, Palm Springs.[1]
