Frances Abelman Jodka April 18, 1930 - September 1, 2017 San Diego Frances Williams Abelman Jodka was born on April 18th, 1930 and died September 1, 2017. She was born, raised and lived in San Diego, and was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met. She is survived by her three children, Marc, Dismas, and Rachel, and her beloved grandchildren. There will be a Celebration of Life on October 21st, from 3:00-6:00 p.m. outside the Botanical Building at Balboa Park, where she loved to dance. Please come celebrate her life with us.
