Obituary

SCHULTZ, James Michael
Dec. 24th, 1953 - Oct. 5th, 2014

We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved Jim. He'd battled Appendiceal Cancer since 2011. Loved by many, Jim was a retired telecommunications supervisor with AT&T for 35 years. His drive and ambition in this career allowed him to complete his degree at USF, while in his 50s. He started his career in his home state of Minnesota and transferred through many locations until he ultimately settled/retired in Sacramento. With a strong passion for religion, music, travel and trains, Jim looked forward to contributing and volunteering whenever possible. James was a long standing member in the American Guild of Organists (AGO). He substituted for services within cathedrals, churches and parishes for many varying faiths. He also volunteered as a Docent at Sacramento's Amtrak station. James is survived by his Mother Lorraine, Sister MaryAnn, Brothers Thomas and Michael, numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and His partner, Paul.[1]
