Obituary

HASKINS, Larry Former Claims Authorizer with Social Security Administration died of respiratory failure on Monday, June 24, 1991, in Richmond, CA, he was 41. Larry was a native of Calif and a graduate of Calif State University, Hayward. Survived by father, U.V. Haskins; step-father Barney Givens; grand-parents Isaac and Fannie Scott; brothers Gary and Derek Hamilton; sisters Lisa Walters, Patricia Melany and Rhonda Givens and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

In accordance with Larry's request there will be no Funeral Serviced. Family prefers donations to be sent to the Oakland Public Library Trust Fund, 125 14th St., Oakland, CA 94612,^[1]
