Obituary

ZESZOTEK — Mark, formerly of Ohio passed away October 10, 2004. A graduate of Miami University, Ohio. He worked for Jim Henson Productions for 20 years as a puppet designer/builder. While there he won 4 Emmy awards. Survivors include his partner Arthur Ansalone, his brother Brett, a niece Abby & sister-in-law Susan; he was predeceased by his parents. Visiting Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home, 824 Scarsdale Avenue, Scarsdale, NY (914) 725-113[1]


Mark R. Zeszotek (1954-2004) had been a puppet designer and builder for The Jim Henson Company for two decades. He was the Muppet Supervisor for Sesame Street between the years 1995 and 1999, winning four Emmy Awards for his work on the show. A native of Ohio, Zeszotek was a graduate of Miami University.[2]
