Obituary

TULLY — Dr. Timothy Lorne Tully, beloved son of Osono and Lorne Tully, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on July 27, 1994 at the Calgary General Hospital of complications from A.I.D.S. Tim is also survived by his twin brother, Terry, sister-in-law Cathy, Portage la Prairie and numerous relatives. Tim was born November 15, 1953 in Portage la Prairie. He received his B.Sc. (HONS) from the University of Manitoba in 1975. in 1980 he was awarded his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan and was also admitted in 1989 to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London, England. He first practiced Veterinary Medicine in Winnipeg and then in Calgary at the Bow Valley Animal Clinic and later at the Calgary Animal Emergency Clinic.Friends and family will remember Tim for his humour and for his wide ranging interests and activities. He made a special commitment to AIDS Calgary, expressed by his care and support for others and his concern for the advancement of knowledge and understanding. amongst Tim's other passions were fitness, square dancing, fly fishing, travel and friends. Memorial Services will be held at LEYDEN'S "Chapel of Remembrance" (17 Avenue & 2 Street S.W.) on Saturday, July 30, 1994 at 3:00 p/m/ In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AIDS Calgary, #300, 1021 — 10 Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2R 0B7 or to the Calgary Human Society (S.P.C.A.), 1323 — 36 Avenue N.E., Calgary, Alberta, T2E 6P6.
