Bill Whittam was a member of Chi-Town Squares, and he moved to Las Vegas after retiring. His husband, Sammy Ip, was devastated when Bill died on September 29 (my notes imply it was in 2022, but it feels like it was longer ago) and there hasn't been much information available. I didn't see Bill's name in the list of badges on the memorial panels - I hope Chi-Town can remedy that next year.
