History: Portland's Advanced/Challenge IAGSDC club. Well known for issuing gaudy badges with sardonic faux-French titles.
Over the years, "Heads" has grown into a "virtual" club, which includes many members from outside the Portland area. All of the members of The Shadow Committee are members of Heads to the Center.
