- From the Program Book of the 4th IAGSDC Convention, held in Portland, OR in 1987:
- The Rosetown Ramblers was formed in 1983, making us one of the oldest Gay and Lesbian square dance clubs. Many of our members attended the first Gay square dance convention in Seattle in 1984, where we were one of the founding clubs of the IAGSDC.
